1,A base titration procedure is applied to measure
the equivalents weight of sulfonic acid group in the resin with caustic soda, and thus calculate the acid capacity or equivalent weight of the polymer.
2,The rmogravimetric analysis is performed to testthe decomposition temperature. The polymer was placed inside nitrogen and heated from room temperature to 60o°c at a heating rate of 10°C/min.
Applications:
Perfluorinated Ion-Exchange Resin is widely used for preparation of ion exchange membranes, ion exchange membranes for fuel cells, ion exchange membranes for vanadium cells, ion membranes for chlor-alkali industries, hollow fiber membranes, supercatalysts used in organic synthesis, and ultra-stable ion exchangers.
Package and storage:
The product is packaged in a aluminium foil sealed bag, 25kg drum packaging or 20kg waterproof cardboard box packaging.
This product should be stored in a clean and dry warehouse to prevent impurities such as dust and moisture from entering.
